Brief description of tattoo including size and location
Meaning or intention
Style of tattoo
Reference photos (please include photo of area to be tattooed)
Budget if you have one
Dates and times you are available

Next: I will get back to you within the week and may schedule a consultation appointment in the shop or via Zoom if needed. When we are ready to book the tattoo appointment I will send you the deposit instructions in order to secure the time.
