20-min Zoom call to discuss how hypnotherapy can help in some aspect of your life. This is so that I can get to know you and see if what I provide is a good fit for you. Brainstorm and plan session.

We will go over your goals together, how we plan to use hypnosis in achieving them, and make sure that you know what to expect. I will do some questioning and suggestibility tests to see what kind of suggestions or phrasing your mind responds best to.

I will guide you into a state of hypnosis and see what level of depth you can reach. It will feel similar to listening to a guided meditation. There is nothing you need to do but sit back and let your subconscious listen & absorb, allowing any images or thoughts to arise which your mind feels is important to notice. It may feel like you are immersed in a bedtime story or in a waking dream.

You will spend about 20-30 minutes in hypnosis. I will bring you back to a fully awakened and alert state. Lastly we will talk about your experience and how you can integrate these in the coming days or weeks.

Your first session would be a great opportunity to create an anchor for you to recall and use in any subsequent sessions or at any time in your daily life.

  • A “Special Place” just for you. It can be an imagined sanctuary or real place where you feel safe and secure.
  • A “Wise and Loving” to accompany you in sessions or that you can turn to for guidance.
  • A “Protector” to come to your aid whenever you need.
  • A special Token or Amulet to imbue with a power, ability, or reminder that you choose.

  • This would be necessary if you have a specific need or goal to work toward. We can discuss how many sessions to plan for.
  • For example with things like overcoming fears & phobias, preparing for an upcoming event, smoking cessation, healthy habit forming; these would best be approached with a structured plan over multiple sessions.

Allow the floodgates of creativity to open! An opportunity to choose your journey. Here are some ideas but feel free to come up with one that will be meaningful to you:

  • For artists: letting go of blockages, releasing imposter syndrome, make creating effortlessly fun.
  • Parenting & relationships: becoming the parent or partner that you have always wanted to be.
  • Scavenger hunt: Finding hidden treasures.
  • Cosmic-symbols-journey: Allow any images, symbols or messages to arise from your subconscious. This may be something significant that you want to remember or assign meaning to. After the session you can use the images to remind you of an intention/anchor you to a state, power, ability, knowing. Use this to inspire your artwork. Take the time to try to express the idea by creating something in a way that is enjoyable for you. Alternatively I can help you make it into a tattoo design as a permanent marker. (I am a visual person but this can be made into a cosmic-sounds-journey for musicians. Cosmic-tastes for chefs? Anything is possible.)
  • Receive a tattoo in my studio, or by an artist of your choosing, or restore and associate new meanings and anchors with an old tattoo in hypnosis. This can be done remotely.

30-minute

  • Reframe pain/discomfort before your tattoo session. Deep relaxation for desensitization.
  • Set an intention/anchor to associate with your new tattoo.
  • Tattoo as armor or activation of protective forcefield.
  • Tattoo as dream token – visual prompt to awaken into lucid dreaming.
  • Tattoo as a visual prompt to bring awareness in the present or take action toward goal. (Ex. Whenever I look at this tattoo I will practice a breathing technique. Or, I will repeat a phrase in my head.)
